how it works
Step One
🎞️ Drop off film / disposable cameras at our DROPBOX:

When placing your order, you’ll recieve a three digit order number. Please package your film/disposable safely and write your order number outside of the package, then pop it in our dropbox located outside of the house.

Step Two
We work from home, so we’re developing most days when enough film comes into the lab.
Our turnaround for colour is within 3 days, and black & white is within a week.
We will always keep you updated with any delays on the rare occasion they may happen!
Developing + Scanning
Step Three
As soon as we’re done scanning your film, you will receive an email with your photos via a WeTransfer link. If you requested for your negatives to be returned via post, we’ll aim to get these posted via Royal Mail 48h within a week of developing/scanning your film.
If you opted to collect the negatives/prints, we’ll reach out to you to organise a time that suits us both to collect
Sometimes this email link can land in your junk folder, so make sure to check this. If you don’t see anything in your inbox or spam box by the windows we provide, reach out to us and we’ll get things sorted together!
PLEASE NOTE, WE ONLY KEEP NEGATIVES FOR 1 MONTH, AFTER THIS, THEY WILL BE DESTROYED IF NOT COLLECTED.
